Glenn Baker
Glenn Baker’s life journey has been a symphony of entrepreneurship, resilience, and the unwavering pursuit of passions. With a heart that beats to the rhythm of both business and music, Glenn’s story is a testament to his unyielding spirit and commitment to making a difference.
After honorably serving in the Army and completing his deployment to Desert Storm, Glenn transitioned into the world of entrepreneurship, joining his father’s business. Together, they crafted a multi-million-dollar empire known as “Foundry Services,” creating jobs for hundreds in the local community. This journey, however, was marked by a transformative moment when economic challenges tested their mettle. Faced with adversity, Glenn chose to forge his own path, stepping away from the family venture to chart his course in the world of business.
Music had always coursed through Glenn’s veins, and it was his passion for songwriting that eventually led him to Florida, leaving behind a life in Oklahoma. A natural leader, Glenn swiftly organized a sales team to aid in the post-Hurricane Wilma recovery efforts, rebuilding homes and communities while rebuilding his own life. With the advent of the 2008 real estate crisis, Glenn adapted once more, this time founding a successful life insurance agency that allowed him to touch lives and foster connections.
However the music never truly left him. In 2019, the melodic call became undeniable, prompting Glenn’s return to the Nashville scene. There, he penned songs and collaborated with remarkable talents, rediscovering his true purpose. A fateful invitation to perform at a fundraiser for wounded veterans, under the auspices of General Michael Flynn, ignited a new trajectory. The poignant moment when a paralyzed marine stood and walked ignited Glenn’s calling: to use his musical gift to support his wounded brothers.
In June 2023, Glenn’s journey converged with New Mission Records, a pivotal chapter in his story. With the label’s artist development deal, Glenn’s premier single “No New Normal” is poised to resonate across country music airwaves in the US. This is more than music; it’s a movement. A movement that aims to amplify the voices of wounded veterans, to champion their struggles and triumphs, and to bring communities together. As Glenn’s songwriting weaves tales of resilience, and his melodies echo the heartbeat of shared experiences, his partnership with New Mission Records charts a path for a nationwide tour that will not only fill venues with music but hearts with hope.

Scott Pearson
A refugee from the big hair days of the New York/New Jersey rock scene, Scott became interested in guitar at 9 when his parents bought him his first instrument.
Bored by formal lessons, he found his aunt’s old records of Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, and other rock legends, and his musical path immediately became clear. After playing in several successful rock and metal bands in New Jersey throughout his teens and 20s, Scott eventually moved to South Florida. He followed the direction of Gary Moore, becoming hooked on blues greats like BB King, Freddie King, and Peter Green.
After several years playing the blues scene around town, Scott returned to his rock roots for a few brief years before he developed a love of country music and was recruited by Glenn to play slide, resonator, and all kinds of other stringed instruments in the Glenn Baker Band.

Out of high school, he joined many bands and began writing and singing with numerous acts. By age 25 he gave up the band life to get his college degree from Full Sail University in Audio Engineering in Music. Graduating in the top 5 of his class and earning an engineering certification from the industry standard recording software, Protools, he then started his own recording studio where he recorded many local acts including his own project in which he was writing, singing, and playing bass. His alternative rock band “Sincswytch” then went on to be signed to a label and a small East Coast tour.
He moved on to playing in cover bands locally exploiting his talents. Switching between guitar, vocals, keyboard, and drums depending on the demand. Continuing successfully as a working musician/audio engineer he has also decided to teach. After just a short time he became Music Director at Ovation Music and Studios. Clay Goldstein
Clay Goldstein learned Harmonica, Rock and Roll, American Roots Music and Blues in his hometown of Baltimore MD. Combing his love for baseball with his joy of performing he spent five years as the Mascot of the Baltimore Orioles including the 1983 wining World Series.
As he traveled throughout the area Clay was learning the Harmonica from a unique perspective: Rock and Roll.
He moved to Los Angeles to play on original Folk, Rock and American Roots music. This led to many bands and recordings including a movie Soundtrack with Andy Summers (Motorama), sessions for Brian O’Neal (Busboys, Black Bart), Andras Jones, The Uninvited, and Jesse Loya.
Clay wanted more live show opportunities, so he moved to Kansas City, and Springfield MO, where he joined old friend Don Shipps’ Titanic Blues Band and off-shoot group, Norman Jackson’s Pawn Shop. Both became some of the finest original Blues outfits he will ever be part of.
After several years based in the Ozarks, Don passed away in a house fire and Clay’s mother became ill, forcing him to relocate to South Florida with his fiancé, now wife, Cindy.
After his Mother passed, Clay resumed his love to perfume live shows and original music with Kat Riggins and her Blues Revival, The Otis Cadillac Band his own groups NattyBōs and Derailed.
An introduction brought Clay to the Glenn Baker Band. In Glenn, Clay saw a frontman with passion who had something original and powerful to say. In Clay Glenn found a special sound and spark that gave the band its own, unique signature. Both shared a passion for travel,
performing and making a difference with people, on and off the stage.
